We can help

  • LET ME HELP

During the past two weeks many of us have made contributions of money and supplies for our fellow citizens on the Gulf Coast. We have all suffered with them as the horrific images of pain, loss, and suffering have poured over the airwaves. It is difficult not to feel helpless and wish for greater opportunities to serve.

During last year’s Hurricane season Florida took hit after hit. We often found ourselves commiserating with Floridians who were experiencing difficulties reaching their storage facility by phone. Many needed to get property in storage so that it would be safe during their evacuation or to check from a distance to see if their belongings were still there.

We tried to give the best in up to date information and a little kindness, sympathy, and hope for the future.

We did find a unique opportunity to be of assistance. In all of those storms, very few storage facilities that we served were extensively damaged. There was one, however that lost part of their roof and many units were flooded or rain soaked. For health reasons there needed to be inspections of all the units and sanitizing. They needed to contact all of their renters to explain the necessary procedures for inspections and relocation of the renter’s property as well as clean up measures, safety and health issues.

The storage facility provided a list of renters, unit numbers and contact numbers and we started calling. We gave our best of sympathy and information bringing people up to date on what was being done to dry out and safeguard their belongings and to get them relocated into dry quarters. We provided dates when the tenants could get into the facility and contact information to reach store managers. There were also important deadlines and other information.

Some people were agitated by these events but we are trained to give quality service even to those who are upset and in distress. We are uniquely qualified to offer this sort of aid and service in a wide variety of circumstances. Our staff of telephone professionals could be mobilized to assist your company within hours.

We pride ourselves in turning missed calls into profit. We also want to help. In times like these the very best of American spirit comes out. We stand ready to serve. God bless the people of the Gulf Coast and God Bless us all!
