This represents a fundamental problem with how our economy is structured and how our citizens prioritize things. With so many houses being foreclosed, it is becoming more and more difficult for real estate agents to make a sale or even find interested buyers. Real estate and housing troubles are two of the hot topics in the upcoming presidential election in November. Because the U.S. is so inextricably tied to the markets of other countries economies, the candidates must take into account the impact of any proposed measures on all countries, not simply the U.S.

From the Republican standpoint, the federal government should not be helping people who are in debt or being foreclosed upon. While not all Republicans are agreeing with this strategy, there certainly is a good deal of support behind it.

The Democrats, on the other hand, feel it is the responsibility of the federal government to responsibly issue regulations and implement procedures that can help our economy. The current Democratic candidates feel that a process of smart regulation, coupled with creative economic assistance programs, is the keys to helping not only our real estate market but also our whole economy.

Recession, in the U.S. especially, has historically been tied in many ways to the policies of the president at the time. These are great rental homes for people who do not enjoy property maintenance because it is all done be the condominium association. Usually these costs are included in the rent, so you do not notice paying for them. However, the landlord must pay a monthly fee to the condominium association. Condo rental homes come with more rules and restriction than houses for rent and townhouses for rent. Not only does the tenant have to abide by the rules imposed by the landlord, he must also follow the rules governed by the condominium association.

We were stuck with four of the five hotel restaurants. One of them was closed and surrounding area restaurants were too far to venture to without the convenience of a car. Our hope in getting fed was crushed when we approached a restaurant that appeared to have empty tables, but the section was closed due to being understaffed. The wait times exceeded our stay so we resorted to vending machines. 

Property management failed to forecast the heavy business it would have received in restaurants. Therefore, it lost not only business from my group, but from many other sports fans.
