markets up?

It looks like several larger markets are still growing. Are we looking at a time when some markets will seem soft as other continue to give good returns? How are you going to take advantage of the markets that are doing well while positioning yourself to be ready in a market that is set to improve?

Whoever was buying in St. Louis a few years ago is in a good position now. Whoever bought in Miami last spring may be holding his breath.
