Rising gas prices will impact everyone. How will it impact your rentals. Will you find more tenants staying put and not moving because they are unsure of the situation and are less likely to waste gas driving around to look at other communities?

Will you see people choosing convenience of location over all other considerations when choosing a place to rent? This is likely. Will people be quicker to choose communities that offer public transportation or shopping and amenities within walking distance? These are also likely scenarios.
