I have noticed an increase in newly licensed property managers in Las Vegas. It wouldn’t surprise me if this trend were to continue.

If you don’t have any experience in property management, it’s very important to work with an experienced property manager in order to learn as there is so much liability in this field. The last thing you want to do is get sued or fined.
